Dr. Ralph W. Router, lectin;'r in economies at Columbia University, Now York, has boon appointed professor of economies at the University of (Hugo, where he graduated in 1910. Dr. Son tor has had a distingiufdied farcer in the study of economics. In ]<i27 he was granted n Rockefeller foundation fellowship, which tool; him to Columbia University, where he was subsequently appointed as lecturer.
