TAEAPUNA INCIDENT

As a sequel to the Takapuna shop incident last night, John Howard Kayo, 41, a miner, appeared before Mr R. W. McKean, S.M., this morning, charged with stealing 2Gs, the property of Ernest Solwyn, and, further, will) assaulting Keiwyn. Kayo pleaded not guilty to both charges and was remanded on this application of the police to December <>;
