The Askaris deployed and eventually dislodged the Abyssinians, who-were dispersed, leaving 59 dead and many wounded. Four Italian officers and 20 Askaris were killed. Fifty Askaris were wounded. Colonel Mariotti then occupied Asbi. An air squadron bombed a large encampment of 500 tents outside Antalo, south of Makale, causing a panic among the Abyssinians. An official message says that Major Delmonte, who had been previously reported as killed, was only wounded. An Addis Ababa message reports that Italian planes dropped ;">0 bombs on B'agabur, setting fire to a church and killing a priest. The British mobile hospital unit organised by the British Red Cross for service in Ethiopia left St. Thomas' Hospital yesterday. Students of the Faculty of Arts mobbed the Abyssinian adviser at Geneva, Professor Jeze, and prevented hint from opening a course of lectures. The police dispersed student pickets. Free fights ensued. Arrests followed, while their colleagues yelled "Jeze, resign. "Why aren't you at the front?"
