Mr. Walter Riuicinum, speaking at a luncheon aboard Ibu Normandie, foreshadowed the possibility of agreement between the owners of tho Normandie and the Queen -Mary to avoid unnecessary competition which, lie declared, would be foolish.. It was most essential that the schedule from 193 G onwards should ensure that the vessels were never simultaneously in the same port and always running in the opposito direction.
