ANGRY BERLIN MOB ASSAULTS IN CITY CAFES (Elec. Tel. Copyright—United Press Assn.) (Received July 20, 2.45 p.m.) BERLIN, July 20. Fresh anti-Jewisli disturbances have occurred in the Berlin west end'. Crowds paraded the streets shouting “Down with the Jews.” Several were dragged from cafes and beaten. The police arrested a number of the assailants, despite the crowd's hostility.
