UNCHANGED DIVIDEND DOMINION INVEST. & EANKING A net profit of £7802 was earned by the Dominion Investment ana Banking Association of Auciciand for tinyear ended June .20. The profit compares with £7598 in the previous year and £5974 in 1933. The sum oil £919 was brought forward, making £8721 available. The, directors propose to distribute this as follows; —To payment of an unchanged divid'cnd of -I per cent, on all classes of shares, £0501; to reserve fund, £IOOO. increasing this fund to £OOOO, in addition to a contingency reserve of ,£,".500, and to carry forward £1220. The directors state that the year's business has reflected more stable conditions and returning confidence in national affairs.

LONDON WOOL SALES The Bank of New Zealand is in receipt of the following advice Rom London dated July 19: “Compared with the opening rates, prices for greasy merinos are fully firm and the market is strong. For greasy crossbreds, which arc £d dearer than the opening rates, there is a limited demand. Scoured wools arc Id cheaper than the opening rates.”

LONDON MARKET REPORT The Bank of Now Zealand is in receipt of the following cabled advice* from its London office as at the close of business this week:— “Wethers : The demand is improving. Ewes: Weaker values are ruling owing to Jack of demand. Lambs: The market is firm and there is a. good demand.
