BAN ON EMPLOYMENT DECISION RESCINDED (Per Press Association.) WELLINGTON, this day. Declaring that it was unfair to the relatives of men who were giving free service to the pfiblic to debar them from the opportunity of employment open to others, several councillors at a meeting or the Wellington Citv Council last night supported a •committee's"recommendation that the regulation making brothers, sisters., and children of councillors ineligible tor permanent appointment to the council staff should be rescinded. The recommendation was adopted by nine votes to five.
