Madrid', Feb. o. A new race of pigmies has been discovered in Africa!, according to private advices reaching Madrid. They were found by D'r. Luis de Lnserua, a noted anthropologist. He is in the jungle on the X'tein River, near the frontier of the Cameron ns.
