JAPANESE PROPOSAL TOUR OF AUSTRALIA (Elec. Tel. Copyright—XTnited Press Assn.) (Received Feb. 5, noon.) TOKIO, February 4.

The Nichinichi Shimbun, Tokio's most powerful newspaper, is organising a delegation of 20 business men for Australian economic delegation tour.

The delegation will arrive at Brisbane on September 4, and thereafter visit Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, and Auckland.

Dr. Keinichi Abe will head the dele gation.
