’QUAKES IN NEAR EAST CROWDS SLEEP OUT LONDON, .Tan. 5. According (o the Daily Telegraph, severe earthquake ,shock, s arc reporter from Turkev, Bulgaria, and Rumania. At. Istanbul the shock was the severest since 1874, and crowds last night were sleeping out, despite the rain and the cold.
