NEW TRINIDAD HARBOR
TRINIDAD, Nov. 2.1. The Trinidad Government lias accepted the tender of an English engineering firm for £813,000 to construct a deep-water harbor for Pori of Spain. A, largo tract of land will be reclaimed and ships will be enabled to come alongside the pier in the new harbor. Hitherto passengers and goods have had to bo landed by tender.
