CHARGE OF ASSAULT
BARMAN EEMANDED INJURY TO WOMAN (Por Pross Association.'; niRTSTCTIURCH, ibis day. .Tames Houston, 33. a barman, charged with assaulting Margaret Jane Foster on December 25, appeared before Mr. Lawry, ,S.M., to-day. The police said it was alleged that he entered the room where the woman was in bed at 4 a':/ft. and struck her with a bar of iron.
Houston, was remaned until January 8, bail being allowed.
