INCREASED RESOURCES SAVINGS BANK DEPOSITS (Special to the Herald.) WELLINGTON, this day. A reassuring indication of increased monetary resources of the general public is that durjng December the Post Office Savings Bank deposits throughout the Dominion exceeded the withdrawals by £73,244, although there were the usual heavy seasonal • withdrawals by holidaymakers.
