FURTHER PEOCEEDINGS

Further deportation proceedings arc contemplated by the Commonwealth Government against Egon Kisch under a section of the Immigration Act which does not -require a dictation test.
Kisch made the foregoing statement and said that he expected to receive a summons on Monday. 'He intended to leave the .Commonwealth next week, hut had been unable to retrieve his passport or return ticket from the authorities.
