WEDDING

ELLIOTT—GRAY

The marriage, was solemnised at St. Augustine’s 'Church, Napier, last Saturday evening of Marjory Eva Gray, eldest daughter of Mr and Mrs J. 11. Gray, of Palmerston North, and Ernest Elliott, third son of Mr and the late Mrs 11. Elliott, of Napier. The ofiiciating clergyman was the Rev. Canon Alfred Hodge. After the ceremony, Mr and Mrs Gray entertained over .100 guests at the Foresters’ Hall. The young couple received very many gifts for their now home,, including a 'handsome mahogany mantel clock with silver plate inscribed, •from the Hawke’s Bay Cricket Association, of which Mr Elliott, is lion, secretary. Amongst those present was Mr F. Elliott, Gisborne.
