CHILD DROWNED
FELL INTO LAKE (Per Pioss Association.) INVERCARGILL, last night. Advice was received by the Inver eargill police this evening that Eunice Margaret Dixon, 2, (laughter of Douglas Dixon, relief worker at the Kingston end of the Queenstown road, fell into Luke Wnkalipu to-day, and was drowned*. The body was reeov ered by relief workers, who tried artificial respiration, but without, success.
