LUCKNOW RECALLED
DEATH OF SURVIVOR (Elec. Tel, Copyright —United Press Assn.) (Received Nov. 10, 11 a.m.) LUCKNOW, Nov. 9. The death is reported of Frederick Lincoln, the last survivor in India of the siege of Luclmow. He was buried in the residency cemetery, which is reserved for mutiny survivors.
