USE OF WAR FUNDS
LABOR MEMBER’S BILL (For Preßs Association.) WELLINGTON, this day. Mr. J. A. Lee (Lab., Grey Lynn) gave notice of his intention do introduce a bill to empower the Minister of Defence. to insist on the New Zealand War Funds Council, the New Zealand Red Cross and the Canteens Funds distributing a greater proportion of their funds for the relief of distress among returned soldiers.
