Tire Times, in u leader, says New Zealand’s financial improvement has given tlie greatest -pleasure in' Britain, where the • Dominion’s brave struggle is followed’with admiration and sympathy, especially as she has shown swell a wolrionie ‘readiness to co-operate in furthering! the- general recovery. New Zealand accepted the Ottawa agreements without a quibble or qualification, and recently reduced duties on a number of British imports. It, is recognised that the- prosperity of New Zealand is' bound rip- with Hie prosperity of Mr customers in Britain. Tho progress of the Uominioh must be especially gratifying to , Lord Rledisloe, who fias so completely identified 'himself with New -Zealand interests during tlte period of trial.
