NEW BRITISH DEPOT LONDON, August 5. Work lias commenced on the submarine mining depot at Milford Haven to inset the requirements in respect of modern high explosives. .Newspaper reports that a secret naval base is being constructed are inaccurate, as the work was approved by Parliament on May 15.
