ADMIRALTY SECRETS MYSTERY IN ENGLAND (Received Aug. 4, noon.) LONDON, Aug. 3. Highly important Admiralty documents relating to trials of new guns and ships disappeared from a train from Waterloo to Portsmouth. The papers were in a box in the guard’s van in the custody of an Admiralty messenger, accompanied by a superintendent and overseer.
