That the attention of the Hawke’s Bay-Poverty Bay centre of the New Zealand Amateur Athletic Association should he drawn to the fact that it had not complied with the rules and appointed two'delegates to the Dominion council as required, is the statement made 1 in a letter which has been received bv the centre from the parent body. It was added that at the last meeting of the council it had been pointed out that although the Hawke’s Bay-Poverty Bay centre had been operating for five or six months, so far it had' only one delegate on the council.
