TRAGEDY IN CAPE
“We are 13 at table; one will die before the end of the year.” c-nbl Retie Roussel, a working man, aged 30, who was dining in a cafe in oplplirnrioti of the win -by a friend of £125 in a national lottery. A few minutes later, trouble arose owing to an outsider crying to force his way into the party, and Roussel was shot- dead. Two ethers were seriously injured.
