MISHAP IN MID-AIR TASMAN PLIGHT PLANE* MELBOURNE, April 2Q. A mishap occurred to-day to the Codock monoplane, which was built at 'Cockatoo Island, Sydney, for the New Zealand flight. Squadron-Leader T. W. White was testing the machine over Melbourne in order to obtain his certificate when one propeller collapsed in mid-air. lie was able to fly the machine on one engine to the Air Force aerodrome at Laverton and made a safe landing.
