STORY EXAGGERATED (Pur PrtiKK Association.) WELLINGTON, this day. A statement that the story of a kitten being thrown into the boxing ring during the Now Zealand University boxing tournament at Christchurch had been greatly exaggerated was made by Mr D. M. Burns; tournament delegate of Victoria University Collego. "Tho kitten was not thrown from high in the gallery as reported," he said, "but from a ringside scat, and the statement that there'was a sickening thud is nothing more than pure imagination."
