SALE IN AUSTRALIA (Received .March 24, 10 a.m.) - SYDNEY, March 24. The New Zealand Government representative in Sydney has arranged for ft supply of New Zealand postage stamps for Sydney and Melbourne for use in connection with Mr. C. P. T. Ulm’s April air mail. These can be purchased at the New Zealand Government offices and, when attached to the letters with the necessary Australian postage, will ensure their return to Australian senders without surcharge in New Zealand.
