RELIEF FROM DROUGHT

SNOWFALLS IN ENGLAND (British Official Wireless.) Rec. 10 a.in. RUGBY, Feb, 28. Heavy snowfalls last night and during yesterday over south-east Wales and the northern half of England were greatly welcomed as providing relief from the water shortage. This morning, snow fell for an hour in London, the most experienced in the capital this year, and in other parts of the south.

Two million tons of snow fell in 24 hours at Hull and was .followed by a thaw, causing floods.
