POSITION IMPROVED
AUSTRALIAN FLOODS ROADS AGAIN OPEN (Elec. Tel. Copyright—United Press Assn.) (Received Feb. 26, noon.) SYDNEY 7 , Feb. 26. An improved position is now reported from districts in different parts of the State where severe floodings occurred. The Hawkesbury River is steadily falling, and all roads are expected to be clear to-day. The flood damage to vegetable and fodder crops in the Windsor district probably will amount to £IOO,OOO.
