LONDON, Dec. 25. Signor Mussolini received in Rome 92 mothers, chosen from the 92 provinces of Italy, each having the largest family m a province, and presented them with gifts on the occasion of the Festival ot the Mother and Child. The festival was instituted for the Fascist birth-rate campaign.
