FIVE-YEAR PLAN ADOPTED ASSISTANCE BY SOVIET CONSTANTINOPLE, Dee. (i. Mustuplia Kenial’s Cabinet is launching nn industrial five-year plan covering the construction of 14 factories, 12 of which will be State-owned, producing coke, yarns, bottles, paper tissue, cellulose, and chemicals. The Budget provides 30,000,000 Turkish pounds and the Soviet is providing 10,000,000 Turkish pounds.
