PASSED BY COMMONS INSULT TO PREMIER LONDON, Dec. 5. In the House of Commons the Unemployment Bill was read a second timo by 435 votes to 81. Mr. G. Lansbury was the, last Opposition. speaker in the debate, to which Mr. R. Hudson, Secretary of Labor, responded. Laborites greeted Mr. Hudson with loud cries of “Where is the Prime Minister?’’ and “He’s a coward,’’ from Mr. Seymour Cocks. The deputy-Speaker reprimanded Mr. Cocks, and Mr. Hudson was eventually allowed to conclude the debate.
