The Federal Cabinet has decided to introduce legislation to enable the dairying industry to reorganise the marketing of butter in Australia and give dairymen the benefit of an Australian price for local consumption. This legislation will replace the j Paterson scheme, and also ensure that butter for export will bo exported overseas and not to other States.
