£600,000 FRAUD
FALSE STAMPS CIRCULATED (Received Nov. 1,2 i p.m.) KOVNO, Oct. 31. Adolf Sruoga, a Luthanian postal director, together with a subordinate, has been arrested on a charge involving £600,C00 in stamp forgeries by means of the circulation of false stamps. A tlnrd suspect committed suicide.
