STRATFORD RACES (Per Press Association.) STRATFORD, this day. The Stratford Racing (Tub decided to make a considerable increase in stakes at the forthcoming summer meeting un January 2 anil 3. The. total stakes will now he £2455, an increase of £255. The Stratford Cup winner will receive £3OO and a gold cup valued at £52 10s.
