TREASURY RETURNS (British Official Wireless.) Rec. 2 p.m. RUGBY, Sept. 26. The latest Treasury returns show that ordinary revenue for the current financial year, up to September 23, amounted to £268,113,307. At the corresponding date last year the amount stood at £261,860.885. Tlie ordinary expenditure to the date for the current year totalled £346,007,032. which is about £32,000,000 less than the total ordinary expenditure at the corresponding date last year.
