NATIVES DISPERSE
NORTH-WEST FRONTIER (British Official 'Wireless.) Rec. 2 p.m. RUGBY, Sept. 26. A communique issued last night at Simla concerning the position in the. Mohmaud country, on the north-west frontier, confirms the report that the Upper Moinnand lashkavs have dispersed, and arrangements are being made for the withdrawal of British-Indian troops from the Gandab vallev.
