AMERICAN PROPOSAL REGULAR AIR SERVICES (Elec. Tel. Copyright—United Press Assn.) WASHINGTON, Sept. 23. Tho Public Works Administration is studying .an application for a £6,000,000 loan for the construction of five huge landing bases for aeroplane traffic across the Atlantic, a seadrome and an ocean dock. > A corporation, in making the application, said that ’dromes anchored at regular intervals would permit safe, ra'pid, and regular flying services between this continent and Europe.
