VISIT TO RUSSIA

FRENCH AIR MINISTER NO POLITICAL OBJECT PARIS, Sept. 13. The flight of the Air Minister, M. Pierre Cot, to Russia, is officially described :is the inauguration of reciprocal studies of aviation between France and Russia. It has no political object, but will solely enable members of the French and Russian aviation clubs to know each other. The French airline hitherto had stopped at the Russian or Rumanian frontier. That state of things could not last without prejudicing France and Russia, which have every interest commercially and industrially to strengthen their relations.
