PARIS CIRCUS OWNER DEAD
ONE PERFORM ANTE A YEAR RAIDS. Aug. 3. One of tin 1 most piefuresque personalities in Baris, M. Aniest Holier, whose private circus has been world famous for more than half a century, has died at liis home here, aged 39. His circus was unique, for performances were given in it only once a year in the presence of the elite of French society. The performers were invariably amateurs. many of whom occupied high positions in public life. M. Holier built his circus in 1879 in the grounds of his house in the BenonviHe, where he died.
