Prominent Prussian State Attorneys, Dr. Tochler and Dr. Render, and also Dr. Herman, of the Prussian Ministry id Justice, who formerly conducted political prosecutions, have been sent to tt concentration camp, accused ot •being too zealous in the prosecution of Hitlerites and undue leniency to “criminals of the former regime.”
