The agreement .was signed to-day Besides signing the main agreement, Argentina signed an additional document, to which Australia, Canada and America also subscribed. The details have not been disclosed, but are understood to involve no change in Australia’s total allocation or quotas for 1933-4 and 1934-5. Consultations were continued with the Russians without finality.
