211 ARRESTS
COMMUNISTS IN POLAND • j SECRET PRINTING WORKS (Received August 30, 1 p.m.) WARSAW, August 29. Two hundred and eleven Communists have been arrested 'during the last four days in Central Poland and Eastern Galicia. They include M. Lampe, Polish delegate to the Third Internationale. Secret propaganda printing works wore discovered.
