SHEEP STATIONS SOLD
IMPORTANT QUEENSLAND DEAL
Under instructions from John Collins and Hons, Bcudesort, three wellknown pastoral properties, Ghatawo'rth, Noranside, and Coorabulka, were offered at auction at Brisbane on April 1. No bids wore made for the three together, but a bid of £24,000 was made for Coorabulka on behalf of an English syndicate. The station, which consists of 3013 square miles, in the North Gregory district, was passed in at that figure. Tylungra, Bulgroo, and Kyabra, three of the best-known leasehold properties in. Queensland, have been sold at a price believed to be about £90,000. This is one of the largest pastoral deals recorded in this State for several years. These stations are in the Adavale district, ami carry about 90,000 sheep and (>OOO head of cattle. They belonged to the Thylungra Pastoral Company, It is understood that the Australian Estates and Mortgage Company is concerned) in the purchase.
