Fifteen thousand, including representatives of the Reiehswehr, Stahlhelms, and Nazi Storm Troops, attended the unveiling of a monument at Koenigsbliek, on the German-Polish frontier. Inscriptions on the monument recorded the names of former German cities ‘ ‘awa itiug liberation. ’ ’ The local Governor, in his unveiling speech, hoped that the moment would strengthen German determination “that what wo have lost must not remain lost.”
