CRITICISM OF GERMANY STRONG PRESS OUTCRY (Received April 15, 2 p.m.) BERLIN, April 14. The Government has instructed the German Ambassador to lodge au energetic protest with the British Government, in view of the anti-German statements in the House of Commons yesterday. There is a strong Press outcry regarding the speeches. The Deutsche Ailegemeino Zeitung believes that the Government should sharply rebuke the falsehoods, hut adds that commou-scnse and historical experience prove that foreign considerations should not be, neglected. The Allgemeine-Zeitung -points out the unfairness of members of the House of Commons in not reproaching Poland for anti-German unlawful and brutal violence.
