NAVAL MUTINY
JUGO-SLAV NAVY TURMOIL ZAGREB, April 1. An attempted mutiny in tho Jugoslav navy is reported from Kotor Split, whero the Croatian and also the green flag of the Peasant Internationale has been hoisted oh warships, including tho flagship Dalmaciya, which formerly was a German cruiser. The vessels have been prevented from leaving port,' and numerous Croatian naval officers are said to have been arrested.
