Rumors have been revived as to the state of Mr. Ramsay MacDonald’s health.

The Daily Herald’s special . representative says’: “His closest friends are advising a sea voyage, otherwise there is a danger of a breakdown, of his resignation, and' of the National Government .being substituted by a Conservative Government, with Mr. Neville Chamberlain, and not Mr. Baldwin, as leader. Mr. Baldwin is opposed to a break in the present Cabinet.”
