GREETINGS TO ENGLAND LONDON, Oct. 22. A New Zealand greeting was delivered to the members at the Ipswich Christian Endeavor annual meeting. The Evening Star of Ipswich explains that “Kia Kahn i rota i te Ariki!” is tho greeting sent by a. society in New Zealand to all members of the Young People’s Society of Christian Endeavor throughout the world. Translated, it is, "Be strong in the Great Chief.” This was delivered to the Ipswich and District Union of the society at their annual meetings. The “visitor” this year was Miss Jennie M. Street, the field organising secretary of the National Union, who lias recently travelled throughout New Zealand, Australia, India, and the Continent.

After presenting challenge banners fov the highest average attendance during tho past year, Miss Street gave a talk on tlm “doings” of follow members in tho Antipodes, the greeting referred to being worked on to d banner displayed by Maori “Endeavorers.’’ — Auckland Herald.
