BUTCHER ROBBED
BLINDED AND ASSAULTED (Per Press Association.') WANGANUI, this day. William Henry Symons, a butcher, of Wanganui East, has reported to the police that early yesterday morning while in his shop, pepper was thrown into his eyes, he being at the same time hit on the head and knocked down. He was then robbed of £l4 from his pocket, the shop takings which he had taken home on Labor Day and brought back with a view to banking it.
