HAMILTON TRAGEDY
ACCUSED BEFORE COURT ALLEGED MURDER OF WIFE (Per Press Association.) AUCKLAND, this day. Arthur Walter Smith, 50, appeared in the Hamilton Magistrate's Court this morning charged with tiro alleged murder of his wife, Lois Alexandra Smith, on October 3, at Hamilton. The accused is still suffering from the effects of a wound in the throat, and was assisted to and from the dock by a police officer. He was remanded till November 4.
